Hey there, Patricia! Thanks for visiting us at planDisney. I am happy to help you with information about
Disability Access Service (DAS) as it’s a great feature for those unable to wait in line for extended periods of time. Though it doesn’t give you immediate access to the attraction, you can request return times to avoid waiting in line.
You can
request an online video chat 2-30 days before your visit. If it’s within 2 days, you’ll need to wait to visit Guest Services once you arrive. Scroll down
this page and you'll see the button to request a live chat.
During the live chat, please make sure the Guest requesting DAS is present. If approved for DAS, you can make two selections per day of your visit using DAS Advance. Then, once at the parks, you can request one attraction at a time.
If for any reason you are unable to do the live chat before your arrival, no worries. You can visit City Hall at Disneyland Park or Chamber of Commerce at Disney California Adventure Park once you arrive to inquire about DAS registration.
Also, I wanted to mention that some Guests use both DAS and
Disney Genie+ concurrently, so they can experience more attractions in a single day.
Sending you a pinch of pixie dust to get your video chat completed in time. Have the most magical visit!
