    DAS book ahead

    Hey there, Vanessa!

Welcome to planDisney. We're so glad you've stopped by for assistance with your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort visit! It looks like your time at The Most Magical Place on Earth is approaching quickly, so let's be sure you're prepared for a thrilling day in the theme parks.

Vanessa, Disability Access Service (DAS) is a complimentary service provided by the Walt Disney World Resort for Guests who cannot tolerate extended wait times in a conventional queue setting due to a disability. The service allows Guests to select return times during which the Guests can access certain attractions via their Lightning Lane entrances, allowing them to bypass the standby queues! Guests may pre-register for DAS via a live video chat with a Cast Member as early as 30 days prior to their theme park visit, but no less than two days before their scheduled arrival. Vanessa, since you're within two days of your theme park visit, you'll need to visit a Guest Relations location at any of the four theme parks to register for this service.

Once a Guest has been confirmed as eligible and registered for DAS, they will be able to utilize the service for 60 days! After that period, they'll need to re-register for future use. Vanessa, Guests make their DAS return times selections using the My Disney Experience mobile app, so I encourage you to make sure you have the most up-to-date version downloaded to your mobile device before heading to the theme park. I also recommend taking a peek at the list of attractions that may be booked using DAS. That way, once you register for the service, you'll be able to make your first selections immediately!

Vanessa, I hope you've found this information helpful as you gear up for an incredible day in the theme parks! If you have any additional questions before or during your visit, you're always welcome to revisit us at planDisney. We're here to help you make the most of your time at The Most Magical Place on Earth!

    See ya real soon,

    Lauren
