Is DAS still available to guests with physical disabilities such as epilepsy and blindness?

    Hiya Jolie,

Welcome back to planDisney! Thank you for submitting your question to us.

As you know, the Disneyland Resort offers an accommodations service for guests with disabilities known as Disability Access Services (DAS). Guests can register for Disability Access Services before their visit by speaking with a Cast Member via Live Chat (either on the official Disneyland Resort website or the Disneyland app)  who can explain the benefits of DAS and the services available. It is recommended that Guests review the Terms & Conditions before speaking with a friendly Cast Member.

I recommend you speak with a Cast Member via Live Chat to verify your qualifications for the DAS program. Live chat is available from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. PT and the Guest requesting DAS must be present on the call. Eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis and fully at the discretion of the interviewing Cast Member. They can also let you know about any accommodations already offered in the Parks.

If you have other questions about the Disneyland Resort, remember - you’ve got a friend in me!
