Is DAS now available? Disability Access Service?

    Hello Thomas!

Welcome to planDisney. I’m so glad you stopped by with a question for us.

My family and I are fans of the Disability Access Service (DAS). It’s one of the reasons I love Walt Disney World Resort so much; it makes me feel Walt’s words live on today: “To all that come to this happy place, welcome.”  All being the keyword here.

Thomas, I’m happy to tell you that the Disability Access Service is currently available. The Guest needing to use DAS needs to be present when signing up at any of the Guest Relations locations in all four theme parks on the first day of their visit. Once the Guest has registered, the DAS is good for 60 days.

Coming soon, Guests will be able to register for a DAS virtually with a Cast Member via live video chat up to 30 days in advance of a park visit! Guests will be able to prebook up to two experiences per day using the new DAS planning option at least two days prior to the day they are to be redeemed, and a same-day DAS return time selection tool will also be available. Keep a lookout on the Disney Parks Blog for details about when this will debut!

We can’t wait to welcome you to the magic, Thomas. Have an enchanting visit!
