    How do I get das

Hello there, Kt. Thank you for bringing your question to us at planDisney. It looks like your visit is nearly upon us and you're in full planning mode. I'd love to help with your question.

One of Disney's core values is inclusivity and Disney Parks are committed to providing a welcoming environment for all Guests. Kt, to further help in making your plans, eligible Guests can pre-register for Disability Access Service (DAS) between 2 and 30 days prior to your arrival. To do this, you will request a live chat with a Cast Member. Below are a few things to keep in mind before hopping on your live chat.

    • Make sure you are logged in to your Disney account (create one if you don't already have one)
    • Link tickets for everyone in your party
    • Ensure the Guest requesting DAS is present on the call; if the Guest requesting DAS is under 18 years of age, please have their parent or guardian on the chat
    • Live chat is available between 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM Pacific Time
One of the benefits of pre-registering for DAS is having the ability to pre-select up to 2 one-hour return windows for select experiences. Keep in mind DAS Advance selections must be made at least two days prior to your visit. Kt, it looks like you're within this window and are eligible to request a live chat at this time.

If your preference is to register in person, you can absolutely do that once you're in the parks at either City Hall in Disneyland Park or the Chamber of Commerce in Disney California Adventure Park. With this option, you unfortunately won't be able to make any pre-selections.

I hope this is helpful to you and your planning, Kt. Please let us at planDisney know if you think of any other questions as you continue to plan your visit. The Disney100 Celebration is anchored at the Disneyland Resort and you'll get to see both parks decked out in platinum and purple decorations. Not to mention the festive food offerings for the celebration. Thanks again for visiting us at planDisney. I wish you a magical time at the Happiest Place on Earth!

    Happy planning!
