Vernadette from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I have a DAP and I’m coming so socal to go to Disneyland with 3 of my younger cousins who have socal tickets and are from socal, will they need proof of residency of some sort?

    Hi there, Vernadette!

A visit to The Happiest Place on Earth with family sounds terrific! And what a great deal it is to take advantage of the Southern California resident offer. Of course, using your Disneyland Resort Magic Key pass is even more magical, right?

To purchase and use the Southern California resident weekday ticket, a valid government-issued photo ID is required for proof of residency within Southern California ZIP codes 90000-93599 or Northern Baja California postal codes 21000-22999. My understanding is that Guests under the age of 18 are not required to have IDs. In such a case, the Cast Members would be able to use the ID of another member of the party as a representation of residency.

I hope you have a magical time with your cousins, Vernadette. If you are visiting Disney California Adventure Park, I’m sure you’ll want to experience the Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival. Going on from March 3 to April 25 this year, the festival features culinary experiences and special entertainment. But the foodie fun isn’t all there is to enjoy about the Food & Wine festival. My favorite part is the limited-time return of Soarin’ Over California.

    See ya real soon!
