    Dannee thanks for your help! I still didn't understand if staying at the Royal Plaza for 2 nights then moving to BW would they move our luggage to BW? Also when should I ask for a room close to the elevators?

    HI Anne! No, DIsney Bell Services does not move luggage for guests from a Non-Disney Resort hotel to a Disney Resort hotel. You will have to inquire with the Royal Plaza about transfer of your luggage to Disney's BoardWalk Villas. Once you are on Disney property, staying at a Disney Resort hotel, and need to move to another Disney Resort hotel, then Disney Bell Services will make your transition easy. So, once you are staying at Disney's BoardWalk Villas, then Disney Bell Services will move your luggage to Disney's Beach Club Resort, the next Disney Resort you plan to stay at during your Disney vacation.

    Room requests are usually made at the time of the reservation, however, you can call Disney Resort-Room Only Bookings at (407) 939-7429 and make the request. In addition, you can make the request at the time of check-in.
