Hi Dannee! Our son is 5 and this will be his 1st visit! I already have reservations for him for Pirates League. Is there anything else you can recommend as a "must do" for him to make his trip memorable and will I need reservations for it? Thanks

Debbie, I am so excited for your son and his first visit to Walt Disney World! He will absolutely love the Pirates League and all the attention that he will receive as he walks throughout the Magic Kingdom.

Here are the "Must Do" attractions as told by my 5 year old son:
    1. Toy Story Mania!
    2. Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin
    3. DisneyQuest
    4. Blizzard Beach
    5. The Pirates League
You will need to pay admission to DisneyQuest and Blizzard Beach, unless you purchase the Water Park Fun and More option with your Magic Your Way tickets. With the Water Park Fun and More option you can choose to visit Blizzard Beach, Typhoon Lagoon, DisneyQuest, ESPN Wide World of Sport Complex or Disney's Oak Trail Golf Course for a round of golf. The number of admissions is based on the number of days of the ticket you purchase.

My son really enjoyed KidQuest at DisneyQuest Interactive Theme Park in Downtown Disney during our Rainy Day visit. The arcade games there are designed for children ages 2 - 7.  At Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park,  he really liked the Lazy River and Tike's Peak, the area designated for kids his age. Toy Story Mania! at Disney's Hollywood Studios is also a family favorite, but because of my son we will wait in lines no matter how long, LOL!

I hope this helps. This is a great age to explore Walt Disney World and you will enjoy watching him take it all in. Have a Magical Vacation!
