Hey there, Glenn. Thanks for stopping by
planDisney to chit-chat about visiting the Walt Disney World Theme Parks.
Glenn, you must be getting so excited about your upcoming trip. I can't think of a better way to start a new year than with a trip to
Walt Disney World. It's going to be magical!
Right now,
standard parking at the Walt Disney World Theme Parks is $25.00 per day. If you'd like, you can upgrade to the
preferred parking spaces for anywhere between $45-$50 per day. If you are a
Walt Disney World Resort Hotel Guest or an
Annual Passholder, you do receive complimentary standard theme park parking. As a resort Guest or passholder, if you'd like to upgrade to the preferred spaces, you'll only need to pay the difference.
If you are parking at one of the Walt Disney World Theme Parks and want to leave and come back later in the day or are park hopping, be sure to save your receipt. You only need to pay for parking once per day. It can transfer to any of the other Walt Disney World Theme Parks as long as you have your receipt to show the parking attendants when you return.
When you get to your parking spot for the day, be sure to make a note of which lot and row you are in. I like to text this information to someone else in my group or even snap a quick picture. It can be difficult to remember where your car is after a long day at the Walt Disney World Theme Parks. I also like to keep a small cooler of water in my car for when I return. It's nice having a cold, refreshing beverage waiting at the end of a long day.
I hope this helps, Glenn. If you have any other questions, please feel free to stop back by and
ask me. I'm happy to help. Have fun and enjoy!
