I would like to make an daily activity book for my grandkids ages 4 to 10 to do for each day of our Cruise experience, beginning with boarding the plane until we land back at the Port. Any thoughts templates to use?

Ahoy there Donna and welcome aboard your planDisney destination for some expert guidance, tips and tricks ahead of your next Disney cruise this summer!

After many years at sea, I always find it so fascinating to observe our youngest sailors finding their sea legs. I truly think that the ones who are most successful at sea and develop a love for cruising are the ones who are adequately prepared and engaged with the whole process of setting sail from start to finish - so having something like an activity book is such a fantastic idea for your grandkids!

One of my fellow planDisney Panelists was able to search and find a useful resource that is sure to help you create something special for your smaller sailors. Be sure to take a look at My Disney Cruise Adventure Booklet
available online to download and print with 30 pages of activities and nautical knowledge for them before and during your voyage together. If they remember how easy it was to learn the ways of life on board a Disney cruise, thank Amy - whose knowledge is sure to rival that of the ancient Phoenicians!

I think that their ages are absolutely perfect for them to be able to take advantage of Disney's Oceaneer Club on board, and the spaces that are specially designed for them to experience their own adventures to record in their activity books. In fact, this page on the Disney Cruise Line website will also have a link to the My Disney Cruise Adventure Booklet in the event that you need to track it down again! I highly recommend downloading it to keep and use as a basis for the activities book that you're crafting!

There are so many great activities for your grandkids to take part in both on board and ashore, and I really hope that they use every moment to enjoy themselves and appreciate the care you've put into their cruise experience. Please feel free to come back to planDisney any time to ask me more about Youth Activities on board, and make sure you connect with our Disney Cruise Line Specialists Tracie and Adrianna who have fathoms of deep Disney Cruise Line knowledge to help you on your way!

Here's to a voyage packed with Adventurous Activities for your young ocean explorers!
