Hi all moms (and dad)! We are planning the boys(5 and 8) 1:st trip to WDW. They would love the pirate-cruise-.But, we are from Sweden, so my boys don't speak english. Would they be able to take the cruise? Our oldest son understand some english words.

Hi Maria!  How exciting for you to be coming to Walt Disney World!  It is truly a magical vacation destination for friends and family from all over the world!

The pirate cruises are indeed very popular with the children.  They are a two hour cruise with two guides on each boat.  They will be hunting for treasure and learning pirate lingo during the trip.  I am confident the Disney cast members in charge will make your sons feel comfortable but only you will know if they will feel comfort level with not understanding everything that is happening.  I have found that children are very adaptable to all situations.  If they enjoy boats and pirates then I would be inclined to give it a try!  They might learn a few new pirate words while on their trip!

    Current choices for these trips:
Albatross Cruise out of the Yacht and Beach Club resorts
Island of the Caribbean Pirate Cruise out of the Caribbean resort
Bayou Pirate Cruise out of the Port Orleans resort
Disney's Pirate Adventure out of the Grand Floridian resort
