Hi Moms and Dads staying at AOA in Sept with my wife and 2 girls just found out my sister in-law wants to surpize my wife and join us. She is a Annunal pass holder and wont be on a meal plan can we just have her added to the room we have a Cars Suite

    Hi Jeffrey,

What a fun surprise! The Cars suites are great and are perfect for when you have an extra guest. As you know, the suites have a master bedroom with a queen bed and bathroom plus two beds and another full bathroom in the living area.

I don't think adding your sister-in-law will be a a problem, but I would do that by phone with a cast member. You can call 407-939-6244 and follow the prompts or modifying a reservation. It will be helpful to have your reservation number in hand.

Note that there will be a small additional nightly charge for having a third adult in the room.

Be sure to tell the cast member that this is a surprise so they can mark that on the reservation as well. And if you want to keep it a surprise until the last moment, you should probably handle the online check-in so that your wife doesn't see the additional name on the reservation.

I hope that helps. Please let me know if I can answer any other questions before your trip. Enjoy your time with your family!
