Hello Moms & Dads! We are staying at the AOA and have 7:00 dinner resv. @ 'Ohana. What is the best way to get to the Polynesian Resort from AOA? Thanks!

    Hi there, Todd!

You are just going to love Disney's Art of Animation Resort! The theming is so completely amazing no matter which of the 4 incredible sections you are staying in.

While the Disney buses do not travel directly from one Resort hotel to another, you'll find that it's a breeze to get around. I always advise allowing 90-minutes for travel time between Resorts since you'll need to go to a Theme Park first. You especially need to observe this when you have an Advanced Dining Reservation so you can be sure to arrive on time.

There are a few different ways to get to the Polynesian for your reservation at 'Ohana, but my recommendation would be to first take a bus to Magic Kingdom Park. From there, you can either hop on the monorail or take a boat directly over to the Polynesian. My family always makes a point to travel on a monorail and a boat at least once during our vacation!

Of course, if you are short on time, you could always take a taxi. I've found that I'm typically able to travel between different locations within the Walt Disney World property for less than $20.

I sure hope this helps, Todd! Please let us know if we can help with any other questions you have!

Wishing you a Pixie Dusted vacation!
