Hi moms and dads! I am a single mother traveling with my sons ages 7&10 in January. We will be staying at POR. I am planning Hoop De Doo after a day at Epcot. How long and how do I transport from Epcot to HDD and back to POR? Thank you!

    Hi Marlana!

Thank you for sending in your question to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel!

After spending the day at Epcot, you should ride a Disney bus from Epcot to Fort Wilderness.  Buses run about every 20 minutes and it is less than a 15 minute ride.  Once you get to Fort Wilderness, you will need to transfer to an internal bus heading to Pioneer Hall, the location of the fabulous Hoop Dee Doo Musical Revue.  It is a short trip and buses run pretty often, but I would plan on the whole trip from Epcot taking an hour on average.

Afterward, you can usually find a bus headed back directly to your hotel.  Disney knows that there will be a lot of guests coming out at the same time all trying to get back to their resort and Disney does a good job with the transportation after the show.

Enjoy planning your magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation, and please write back with more questions!
