    Hi Moms & Dad's! We saw a must have item at Disneyland a couple of weeks ago. I thought I could order from the Disney Store online but it's not there...is there any way to order directly from the store at the park? Thank you!!!

    Hi there Carrie,

    No worries!  The friendly folks at Disneyland Merchandise Services will do their very best to locate that "must have" item for you and they can ship it directly to your home! The merchandise hotline number is (877) 560-6477 and the best time to call Monday-Friday from 6 am - 5 pm PST.

    It will help if you know which park you saw the item and even better if you can remember which store, as they will call that location directly with you on the line to verify that the item is available and in stock!
