    Hi Moms and dads. We are returning to WDW in August with two guests for their 1st visit. They have asked about use of a go-pro. Can they be used in all six parks, including use on the rides. Thank you and pixie dust to all, Regards, Kathryn

    Hello Kathryn!

    Yes, newbies! I love bringing friends for the first time to the Walt Disney World Resort. It's like seeing the theme parks with fresh eyes. GoPros are not on the restricted items list, so they are currently allowed in the parks as long as they have straps.  Fellow Moms Panelist Andrea W. has used a GoPro with hand and wrist straps with no problem. Some rides do not allow photography, and it is at the Cast Member's discretion whether to allow the GoPro on each attraction.
