Moms and Dads, What resort would you recommend for an autistic youth who can't tolerate noise from fireworks?

    Hello Rochelle!
Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Mom's Panel.

Most resorts at Walt Disney World do a great job at keeping noise level down.  Still, a room close to a pool might be a bit noisy.  Even resorts close to the parks feature very quiet rooms.

From my personal experience I can say that both Port Orleans Resorts (Riverside and French Quarters) are really quiet.  Riverside's Alligator Bayou section features a woods like environment that really helps to keep noise down.

On my family trips we always ask for quiet rooms and so far all have been really quiet.

Glad to help you plan a magical and quiet Walt Disney World vacation.
Hope to hear again from you.
