    Hello Moms & Dads! Quick question. Will there be rides for the little kids (3 and under) up and running during the MVMCP?

    Hi Anetra,

    Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party (MVMCP) is fun for all ages!

    There will indeed be rides open for younger kids. In fact, most of the popular rides are open. They haven't released the MVMCP Guide Maps for 2011 yet but here are the rides that were open during the 2010 dates:

    * Pirates of the Caribbean
    * Magic Carpets of Aladdin
    * Splash Mountain (Minimum height 40")
    * Big Thunder Mountain Railroad (Minimum height 40")
    * Haunted Mansion (may be too dark for young kids)
    * Peter Pan's Flight
    * Prince Charming Regal Carrousel
    * Dumbo
    * "it's a small world"
    * Snow White's Scary Adventures
    * Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh
    * Mad Tea Party
    * Tomorrowland Speedway (Minimum height to drive a racecar 32")
    * Astro Orbiter
    * Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin
    * PeopleMover
    * Space Mountain (Minimum height 44")

    Be sure to pick up an official MVMCP Guide when you enter the Magic Kingdom to confirm this year's schedule of events. In the past, I've seen the special event maps posted on unofficial Disney websites within hours of the first night of the event - November 8th is the first event night for the 2011 season.

    Wishing you minnie magical memories :-) Allison
