Hi Moms & Dads! My question is. With online check in now 60 days out when should I fax over my room request? Or is that not done anymore? Thank you very much...you folks ROCK!!

    Hi there Cynthia!

WOW! Thank you so very much for the kind words! We always try to make sure all of our guests are taken care of and it's totaly awesome to hear that you think we ROCK!

The Online advance check-in process is much like your check-in when you arrive at the resort. You will enter your information just like you would if you were in front of a Disney Cast Member at the reception desk. You will also have an opportunity to enter in room requests at that time. It's not a guarantee that you will get the room you want, but at least they will know. When you arrive at the resort, you will go to a separate online check-in desk where your Welcome Packet will be waiting for you. It's as simple as that!

Thank you so much for asking the Moms Panel! May I say that YOU ROCK as well, Cynthia! Have a magical day!
