Hello Moms & Dads, Does the preson who books a room only reservation actually have to be staying in the room or can they book a room for someone else? Thanks

    Hi Kris!

A room only reservation can be made on someone else's behalf, by the individual who wishes to secure or pay for the reservation.

When making the reservation, the full name, address and contact information for the Guest who is actually going to be staying in the room must be input into the system, so be sure to have that information available at the time that the reservation is made.

When the Guest checks in, identification will be required to be shown and therefore must match what is on file. Another individual is certainly able to make payments toward the reservation on the the Guest's behalf or as a gift to the Guest as the case may be.

The best way to do this would be to call in your reservation. Speak to a Cast Member at Resort Room-Only Bookings by calling (407) 939-7429.

Thanks for visiting the Moms Panel with your great question Kris.
I hope you'll visit me again soon!
