Hi Moms (and Dads!) Is there a 'preferred viewing' area or reservation we can make to see Illuminations? I want my kids to enjoy it as much as I always have, but with the dense crowds and their little legs (and patience levels!) we always seem disappointed

Thanks for coming to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question, Leigh!  Currently, there are no regular  preferred viewing locations for Illuminations: Reflections of Earth.  You might consider finding a spot around World Showcase Lagoon early enough so that you can sit on a bench.  Usually you can snag one about an hour before showtime.   Perhaps play a game of I Spy while you wait?  Some Guests like to book a dinner reservation at Cantina de San Angel (Mexico) or Rose and Crown (United Kingdom) for around one hour prior to showtime.  You can make a request at the host(ess) stand for a table with a view of Illuminations.  Keep in mind, this is only a request and can't be guaranteed.

If you want a special experience for viewing,  an Epcot Illuminations Cruise is not to be missed.   You can book a Fireworks Cruise if it is of interest to you.

Take it slow and do a little planning for a spot.  This way, your little ones won't get too restless!

I wish you a MAGICAL vacation!
