    Hi moms and dads! We have a pirate excursion planned for our 2 boys on June 2nd at t 9am at the Grand Floridian. Any ideas what my husband and I can do for the 2 hours they are out to sea? This is the first day of our trip!

    Hi Salina,

    There are so many things you could do during those blissful two hours.  If you haven't had breakfast yet, have a delicious meal for two at the Grand Floridian Cafe.  If this is what you decide to do, make a reservation by calling (407) WDW-DINE.  If you've already had breakfast, you could easily fill two hours shopping at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort.  There are lovely retail establishments on both the first and second floors of this resort.  You might also enjoy some cozy time in a hammock along the Seven Seas Lagoon at the back of the resort.  

    With two whole hours, you could even consider taking the monorail for a ride.  You could stop at Disney's Contemporary Resort for some shopping on the Grand Concourse or at Disney's Polynesian Resort for a snack at Capt. Cook's.  Pull up chairs by the Nanea Volcano Pool and soak up some sun.  

    Enjoy your two hours of fun!
