    Hello Moms and Dads, I have paid the balance of my cruise vacation and am set to sail 3/18/16. How soon before your trip will your travel documents arrive?

    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Your cruise is coming up very soon and I am sure that your pirate crew is excited and ready to go.  I know just how it feels to wait for that magical book that gives you the details of your amazing cruise!  I just got mine last week, and I felt so much excitement for my upcoming cruise! I received my cruise documents 30 days prior to this upcoming trip, but there have been occasions that I have gotten them 3 weeks prior or later. If you use a travel agent, sometimes the documents will go to your agent first and then your agent will mail them to you. My travel agent has sent gifts to us at the time of the getting the documents such as door magnets for our stateroom. If you have not received your documents 1 week prior to the trip, you should contact Disney Cruise line at (800) 951-3532.
