    Hi Moms & Dads - I did the online check in today & made requests by checking the 2 boxes allowed and once everything was confirmed, I got a message that my requests could not be added to my confirmation! If I send a fax will they note my requests?

    Hi Tracy,

    I would recommend that you either send a fax or call the Disney Resort hotel where you will be staying direct to have your requests noted against your reservation.

    Be sure to have your confirmation number, name and check-in date detailed on your fax or to hand when you call. 

    Whilst requests cannot be guaranteed, Cast Members will do their very best to fulfil them whenever possible.
