    Hi, Moms and Dads! How does one get from BLT to the Tri Circle D ranch and how much is horseback riding? Is it included in any recreation plans? Thanks a million!

    Hi Rochelle,

    Horseback riding at Fort Wilderness is a lot of fun.  From Bay Lake Tower, it's relatively easy to get to the Tri-Circle-D Ranch at Fort Wilderness.  Just walk down to the marina at the Contemporary Resort and catch a boat that goes between the Contemporary, Wilderness Lodge, and Fort Wilderness.  When you get to Fort Wilderness, it's a very short walk to a bus stop for the internal Fort Wilderness buses.  Just tell the driver you are going to the Tri-Circle-D Ranch, which is basically at the entrance to Fort Wilderness.

    While you are over there you should consider having a meal in Trail's End.  The food is great and in my opinion it's one of the best bargains at Walt Disney World.
