Hello moms & dads. Love the panel. I am really confused on the dinner menu at MM we have ADR for the Fantasmic package with DDP. I've read that this a prix fare menu & other places say you can order anything off the menu. So I am not sure which on

    Hi Christina!

    We love you too!

For the Fantasmic! Dinner Package, whether you are on the Basic or Deluxe Disney Dining Plan, you're entitled to pretty much the same thing (appetizer, entree, dessert, and non-alcoholic beverage). Minus the Fantasmic! Dinner Package, Basic Dining Plan guests do not get the appetizer.

The "fixed price" is referring to you paying the same cost irregardless of what you actually order (approximately $35 for an adult; $13 for children 3-9). This generally is more of interest for someone paying out of pocket vs. someone on the Dining Plan. For example, a steak normally costs more than pork, but under the Fantasmic! package, guests checkout price will be one and the same. So someone is at more of an advantage ordering the more expensive entree than the less expensive, so they feel as if they got the best value. For Disney Dining Plan guests, however, you've already paid for this, so regardless of whether you get the steak or the pork, it's still just 1 meal entitlement per person in the end at Mama Melrose. Makes sense?

Have a Mama Mia! time on your trip!
