    Hello moms and dads, having little trouble trying to decide where to stay when we come for our vacation..Art of Animation, Port Orleans French Quarter or Port Orleans Riverside. Could i have some feedback please !!!

    Hi Kelly! Choosing a Disney resort can be difficult as they all have something special to offer to the guests.

    Your three choices are great ones with the Art of Animation being Disney's newest resorts to open. The Family Suites are well done with a separate bedroom with queen bed and bath. The living area has a kitchenette and two different other bedding options and a bath. The resort itself is a Value and thus will not offer table service dining  or pool and ground amenities that you might find at moderate and deluxe resorts.

    It is a toss up between Port Orleans Riverside and the French Quarter. I used to love the French Quarter a bit more as it is smaller and more intimate but with the new princess rooms and the great rooms for five with the bench beds at Riverside I am leaning more to that resort. Riverside comes to life a bit more with live entertainment on select nights and a table service restaurant. Their food court is large and very good.

    Although Riverside is bigger it still doesn't feel more hectic or busy. The way they have planned it out makes it a very peaceful resort to stay. When heading to Downtown Disney using the boats it is also a better place to be as they start there and then move on to the French Quarter. They try to keep some seats free for this resort but often most of the boat is full by the time it reaches the docks at the French Quarter.

    You can't go wrong with any of the three you mentioned. My choice would be Port Orleans Riverside but everyone is looking for different experiences from their stay so that is what you need to consider for your own family.
