Hi Edward!

Unfortunately, there isn't a detailed schedule on what will open in Fantasyland and when. There are a lot of rumors on the internet, but nothing is official, except that the new Storybook Circus area in Fantasyland is expected so open this spring.

However, I suggest reading the Disney Parks Blog. Disney makes a lot of announcements there on changes going on at Walt Disney World, at Disneyland, and with the Disney Cruise Line. It's the first place I look at for Disney news every day.
