    Hi Moms & Dads, I finalized my resort reservations and requested a new room at POFQ the reservation person said he would note that. Should I call the week before we go to confirm and do I need to call POFQ directly? Thanks for all your help.

    Hi JoAnne,

    Your best bet is to call the Port Orleans French Quarter directly at 407-934-5000 exactly 9 days prior to arrival and ask to speak with the Room Assigner. The Resorts receive their arrival lists 9 days out, so you need to wait until that point to call. Please note that while room requests are never guaranteed, Disney does do their best to honor them based on availability.
