Hello Moms and Dads! We are coming to WDW this Sept. My in-laws arrive a few days after us. I would like to put a welcome gift in their room before they arrive. How would I go about arranging this? I want to make the gift myself and not use Disney Florist.

Hi, Rebecca!  Typically, you are unable to put something into a guest room to be waiting for their arrival, as the room may not be assigned or may need to be changed when a guest checks in.  What you can do, however, is wait until they arrive, then drop your gift off at the front desk, after you know they've left their room.  The front desk will deliver the gift to their room, and it will be there when they return!

Make sure there is a name clearly identifying the guest somewhere on your gift.  If you know the room number, add that as well.

    Have a great vacation!
