Hi moms and dads, I am coming down 1st-9th with my wife and 4 year old daughter. I am on a special diet. I have lost 200lbs. I am on a carb free diet. Are there any places that would be good for my family and I to go to for meals? Please help me out.

Hi Salvatore! I am not sure what month you are visiting as you didn't mention that so I hope this gets to you in time for your Disney vacation!

The Disney chefs take great pride in making sure all the guests are taken care of no matter what their dining restrictions might be.  When making any Disney dining reservation it is best to state these restrictions so they are connected to your reservation.  This helps the chefs know ahead of time.  But when you sit down in any table service location you can let your server know what your needs are and a chef will come to your table to discuss what they can prepare for you for that meal.

If you are dining at a quick service location you can ask to see the manager who can show you the listing of all the ingredients in the food they serve.  This might take a little more time but for someone who has lost the weight that you have it is worth it!  Congratulations and keep up the great effort!  I am sure you are not only an inspiration to your family but to all those you touch in your life!
