Hi Moms and Dads! Have any of you had back to back reservations at the same hotel? Were you able to stay in the same room or did you have to move. I have 1 res @ CSR Aug 10-13 and another Aug 13-27 anything I can do to ensure we don't have to move?

    Hi Samantha,

I know exactly where you're coming from as I do this myself for most of my stays at WDW.  I usually stay for longer than 2 weeks at a time and because I can only book for a maximum 2 week period per booking, I have to make 2 bookings "back to back" at the same resort if it's available.  I don't like to move either, I prefer to check-in to one room, unpack, get all comfy and stay there for the duration of my stay.

I would suggest that you call reservations (Resort Room-Only Bookings) at 1-407-939-7429 or U.S. and Canada Guest information at 1-407-939-6244 and ask them to attach a note to your 2 reservation files at Coronado Springs Resort (both of your reservations would have to be in the same price range though for them to accommodate this request to the best of my knowledge).  Just tell them your situation and that you would like there to be a note on file that if at all possible to link the 2 reservations so that you may be able to stay in the same room for the duration of your stay.  They are very accommodating and will try their very best to meet your requests.  I have never had any problems although once I did have to opt for a room which was not in a "preferred" location (which I had paid for but it would not have been available in the same room for my whole stay) but rather in a standard location further away from the main building. I chose this option over having to move, so it was my choice to do so for my convenience.  Have a wonderful trip in August and I'll keep my fingers crossed for you with your request.....good luck!

    Best wishes,
