Thank you for sending your question to planDisney. It think it appears that Stitch may have been up to some mischievous antics with your dad's
MagicBand since they are non-transferrable. Because it is more of a tech issue, you will want to
contact the Help Center for assistance by calling (407) 939-4357. A cast member there should be able to sort through the issue and get the MagicBand linked back to your dad.
Meanwhile, your parents can start planning for their visit to Walt Disney World by making their theme park reservations through the
Disney Park Pass system. If they haven't made any
dining reservations, they can also do those, too, since they are within 60 days of their trip. Finally, they may also want to take a look at the updates regarding health and safety that Walt Disney World has implemented that is helpful to
