My Dad is planning on traveling and has always used copenhagen tobacco dip. It is a terrible habit that he has had a hard time quitting. Is he going to be able to bring it in the parks? Or will he have to leave the parks as smokers do?

Hey there, Cara! Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. First of all, congratulations on your upcoming vacation to Walt Disney World! It’ll be here before you know it.

According to the Walt Disney World Resort Property Rules, the use of smoking tobacco, e-cigarettes, or other products that produce a vapor or smoke is allowed, but only in designated outdoor smoking areas. While this doesn’t specifically mention chewing tobacco, I might personally recommend that you still visit Disney’s Designated Smoking Areas to ensure that you and other guests have a safe and enjoyable experience. However, if you or your father have any questions while at Walt Disney World, I’ve always found that it’s helpful to locate and ask a Disney Cast Member.

I would also recommend that you review Walt Disney World Resort Rules before your visit next May to avoid any delays or disruptions as they are regularly updated along with Disney’s “Know Before You Go” page.

If you have any other questions please let us know. Be sure to tell Mickey I said hello!
