    My dad is a disney+ subscriber I was seeing if I can add that discount to my reservations to come down in October 2023

    Isn’t Disney+ wonderful? Also, October is a great time to visit Walt Disney World Resort!

    If I am not mistaken, you may be referring to the promotion offered to Disney+ subscribers last year. That specific promotion ended September 30, 2022, and updates have yet to be provided whether or not the promotion (or a similar promotion) will be made available. Keep an eye out for the Disney Parks Blog and its associated social media channels because if something becomes available regarding promotions, it will be announced there.
