Hi Elena,
Welcome to
planDisney! Thank you for stopping by to ask a question!
First, let me say how happy I am to see that you all are planning together. It helps to have more than one planner in the family. I reached out to speak with a cast member in Website Support and the cast member said that if you created your own My Disney Experience account and added the pass to your Apple Wallet, the pass in your dad's Apple Wallet would either disappear or not be able to be used. Although magic lives on at the Walt Disney World® Resort and the pass could somehow seem functional in your dad's Apple Wallet, my strong recommendation would be for you to add the pass to your Apple wallet if that is allowable in your country. If you have other questions about the Disney MagicMobile Service and Apple Wallet, please also do stop by Guest Relations when you arrive to your first theme park. The cast members there are phenomenal!
A similar situation happened with one of my daughters and me. She visited the Walt Disney World® Resort with another group and had to create her own My Disney Experience account. She added her Disney MagicMobile pass to her own Apple Wallet. I can now no longer add her pass to my Apple Wallet. The good news is that you now have your own My Disney Experience account and, as long as you all share plans through the My Family & Friends List, you will have the Force with you as you plan like Jedi!
Elena, as you continue to plan, be sure to check out the
Disney Parks Blog to learn more about what is happening at the Walt Disney World Resort!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
