Hey there, hi there, Stacey! We are so happy to have you stop by with your question for us. Welcome!
Oh no! It sounds like you may have had a change of plans and can no longer visit on the day you have made a reservation. I'm happy to share that you shouldn't have a problem canceling your reservation without canceling the rest of your party's reservations that you booked together. During the process, you will be able to select specific tickets you wish to modify or cancel that are linked to your Disney account. I really hope that you will be able to visit another time. When you do have a new date in mind, you can make a new
theme park ticket reservation. I definitely recommend looking at visiting during the
70th Celebration with all the new and returning entertainment offerings, attraction add-ons, and more!
If you have all of the tickets linked to your account, I suggest making sure everyone in your party also has their ticket ID number so that they can add them to their account in the
Disneyland app as well.
Stacey, I hope this information helps. You know where to find us if you have any other questions!
Carrie
