Is there a cutoff time for checking in? Like for example if it's after midnight will I still be able to access my room?

Welcome to planDisney, April! I know that after a long day of traveling, the only thing on your mind when you finally reach your resort is sinking into a comfy bed!

You’ll be happy to know that you can still check in and access your room even if you arrive after midnight.

Disney resorts have 24-hour front desk service, so there’s always a Cast Member available to help, no matter how late you get there.

If you’re using Online Check-In through your My Disney Experience account, it’s even easier. You can complete the process ahead of time, and when your room is ready, you’ll get a notification with your room number. Then, whenever you arrive, even in the middle of the night, you can go straight to your room and use your MagicBand, MagicMobile pass, or the app itself to unlock the door.

If for any reason your room number hasn’t been assigned yet or something seems off in the app, just stop by the front desk. The Cast Members are wonderful about helping late-night arrivals get settled quickly.

So, whether your travel day runs long, your flight’s delayed, or you just want to make a grand midnight entrance, no worries, Disney will be ready and waiting to welcome you “home,” no matter the hour!

Have a magical time, April, and safe travels!
