What are some of the cutest prompt questions to ask princesses during character dining? My daughter is compiling a list of in her autograph book!

Hi, Erin! Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Your daughter has a fantastic idea! Interacting with characters at Walt Disney World is one of my favorite things to do while visiting. My family also asks questions to prompt fun conversations. It really adds to our vacation and creates many magical memories! You can ask these questions at a Character Dining experience or at a meet and greet.

One of the things they love to talk about is their family, and friends. For example, You can ask Elsa and Anna what Olaf thinks of the summer heat - did he finally find out what frozen things do in Summer? Ask Belle if her father has created any new and interesting inventions. Snow White may share what it's like to clean up after seven men. You could ask Cinderella if her mouse friends moved into the castle with her. Ask Jasmine if she thinks it is a good idea for you to have a tiger for a pet. Ask Ariel if Prince Eric still eats crab!

It is also fun to ask them about their interests. If you bump into Merida, ask her if she can give you some archery pointers. You can ask Belle if she has read any good books lately, and share your favorites with her. See if Mulan will let you join the Imperial Army - show her your fighting stance to convince her you will bring honor to your family. Inquire about living under the sea with Ariel - is living on the land better? Ask Tiana if she will share any family recipes with you. Find out exactly how Rapunzel accomplished so much each morning by 7:15! Ask Aurora what she dreamed of while she was asleep. Compliment Pocahontas on her necklace and ask her if she knows where you can find one just like it.

Wishing you and your family a magical vacation, Erin!

Meet the Panelist: Rachel, Wisconsin

Hi, I’m Rachel! I am a “boy mom” to two rowdy little men at home and married to my high school sweetheart. I am fortunate enough that my prince charming loves all things Disney just as much as I do! For me, planning a trip to Walt Disney World can be just as magical as being there. It brings our family together as we dream, plan, and count down the days. I would be honored to help plan your visit and share in your family’s very own magic! Learn More About Rachel
