Hi Colleen,
Welcome to planDisney!
It sounds as if you booked a vacation package with a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel and
theme park tickets. As long as you have not reached the date that your final payment is due, you should be able to modify that reservation. If you have not done so already, create a
My Disney Experience account. Log into My Disney Experience, click on My Plans, and then click on Add More Plans to
Link Reservations and Purchases. Use the confirmation number that should have been emailed to you to link your reservation.
After you have linked that reservation, you should be able to modify the reservation online through your My Disney Experience account or you could
contact a Cast Member by phone to modify it. When you modify, select the new number of ticket days. Once you complete that change, the rest of the reservation should remain the same.
As you continue to plan, make sure that you have
Disney Park Pass system reservations for each day that you have valid theme park admission and plan to visit the parks. Once you get within your
advanced dining reservation window, I also suggest that you make
dining reservations. My family prefers dining reservations but we have taken advantage of
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering.
Colleen, I hope you have a vacation package that you are still able to modify. Keep your eye on the
theme park reservation availability calendar as well. If you decide to cancel park pass reservations and book different ones, you want to be sure to check that calendar first. Happy planning!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
