What is the cut off point for making changes to my reservation stay?

Hi there, Hannah. We’re so excited to hear that you have an upcoming trip to Walt Disney World!

If you booked a package through Walt Disney World that includes both a stay in a Disney Resorts Collection hotel and theme park tickets, you should be able to make changes to that stay up to 30 days in advance of the arrival date. I would encourage you, though, to check the specific terms and conditions that were provided with your reservation confirmation.

To make a change, you can login to your My Disney Experience account and locate a link for “My Reservations.” From there, you’ll want to navigate to the “Modify Reservations” option to make those changes. If you find that you are unable to successfully make the changes online, you’ll need to call (407) 934-7639 and speak with a friendly Cast Member who can help!

I hope you have an unforgettable trip, Hannah!
