    I just customized my wristbands today (31 days before I arrive). Approximately how long before I receive them at my house?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Thanks for sending us your question!

    Guest staying at Walt Disney World Resort Hotels can customize MagicBands via their My Disney Experience account with their names and favorite colors. Fulfillment and shipping typically takes about 11 days. However, it could be a few days more or less depending on factors such as holidays, weekends and inclement weather.

    We usually receive them a couple of weeks before the start of our family's vacation. If your MagicBands have not arrived and your visit to Walt Disney World Resort starts within 3 days, please contact Disney. However, even if you do not receive your MagicBands before you have to travel to Walt Disney World Resort, you will be provided with MagicBands or cards when you arrive at your Disney Resort hotel.

    Did You Know?     You now have the option to create and design MagicBands. To design your own MagicBands, simply visit MagicBand on Demand stations throughout select Walt Disney World Resort merchandise locations. You may also purchase MagicBandits and MagicSliders to decorate your MagicBands and make them uniquely yours.
