    I have customized my Magic bands by choosing a color and engraving but I am unable to have them shipped as I live in Australia. There is no option to just pick them up in our resort. Is there some way I can arrange this so we can have the colors, etc if ou

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question! 

    As a fellow international traveller (I live in Canada), I completely understand the frustration of not being able to ship MagicBands to an address outside of the United States. That being said, all you need to do to pick up your customized MagicBands at your Disney Resort Hotel is to enter its address in the shipping section. You'll find that information on your hotel's main page, on the right hand side of your screen. You don’t need to specifically choose a “pick up” option: the system should do that for you automagically when you choose to have them shipped to your Resort Hotel.
