    I customized our magic bands for April over three weeks ago. Will we be getting them in the mail? Last November we got the bands in the mail about two weeks after I customized them. Then we got to the WL and CB and the front desk more magic bands for us!

    Hi Susan,

    With MagicBands remaining in testing phase Disney continues to tweak the program rolling out to guests. While on the phone with a Cast Member this morning about my upcoming trip, I was told MagicBands are sent out 30 days prior to arrival.
