Is there a customer service number that I can call to receive assistance in purchasing tickets, fast passes and reserving parks?

Thanks for asking your question to planDisney!

There are several different customer service numbers available, based on different needs as you plan your magical escape to Walt Disney World! I find that visiting the Walt Disney World Resort Help Center gets me to the assistance that I require. They have a live chat feature that I find helpful, as well as links if you want to Email a question in. But they also have a listing of those different phone numbers. Here are a few that might be your best starting points.
    • Non-Reservation Questions: (407) 939-2273
    • Disney Resort Hotel Reservations: (407) 939-1936
    • Existing Tickets: (407) 934-7639
    • Group Reservations: (407) 939-1942
    • Website Support: (407) 939-4357
    • My Disney Experience and MagicBands: (407) 939-4357
    • New Tickets: (407) 939-7679
    • My Past Walt Disney World Visit: (407) 939-6104
I did want to also let you know that the FastPass program is no longer active at Walt Disney World, as of the end of 2021. Disney has replaced it with the Disney Genie+ and Individual Lightning Lane programs. They serve much the same function but allow for some more flexibility and do not require booking rides out months ahead of your trip.

As for the Theme Park Reservation system, using the Disney Park Pass system, it is simple. You book your theme park for the day, and that secures you entry to that park, regardless of when you arrive. You can still park hop, after 2 pm, if you purchased that ticket option, and if the next park has availability.

I would suggest you start by purchasing your tickets, and while it is easiest to do so from the website, you now have that phone number to call if you need help. After that, make sure you make your theme park reservations, and whether you use Lightning Lanes or not, you are already well on your way to your magical escape!

Write me back if you have some follow-up questions.
