    I am currently weighing the benefits of purchasing park hopper tickets vs. one park a day tickets. Really...which option will give us the biggest bang for our buck?

    Hi Kathryn,

    I wish I could give you the magic answer for this question, but it really comes down to personal preference.

    I, myself, am a big fan of the park hopper pass.  We usually spend the morning in a park that has extra magic hours, leave around lunch time for a break, and return to a different park in the evening.  That style of touring works for us - especially since we often stay at a resort either near Epcot.  We spend many of our evenings at Epcot or Hollywood Studios where we can walk back to our resort instead of fighting the crowds.

    Now, that's not to say the one park per day tickets aren't a great option for some families.  They absolutely are, and they are quite a bit less expensive.  You can really save some money by choosing to forego the park hopper option.  If you choose to stick to one park per day, I recommend avoiding parks with extra magic hours.  Those parks tend to get more crowded than the other parks.

    Animal Kingdom closes fairly early.  If you don't have a park hopper, I suggest spending your evening in Downtown Disney.
