Hi …I am currently visiting the UK returning on October 28 th Two questions 1. Will our most recent utility bill and passport suffice fir residency proof ? 2 Can we order/ pay fir resident passes from the UK or do we have to do this back in Florida ?

Hiya John - welcome to planDisney!

Isn't being a Florida Resident fantastic?! Mickey has so many Special Offers for his local friends, making it easier than ever to enjoy a magical visit to Walt Disney World Resort!

A recent utility bill (power/phone/cable/water) is a valid form of Florida Resident verification, as long as it shows your name and a Florida address, and you also present a valid form of photo ID (passports are acceptable). As described in the FAQs for Florida Residents, this type of verification will need to be done in person at a Guest Relations location at a Theme Park. So, no matter what, you will need to stop by in person if you already purchased, or need to purchase Florida Resident tickets.

You can always try to make that purchase from abroad, however, some Guests find that there are limitations on accessing Walt Disney World Resort websites outside of the country they are located in, and Florida Resident tickets are not available through the UK website. You might consider asking a friend or family member in the US with access to purchase your tickets on your behalf. Doing so would allow you to make Park Pass Reservations in advance. Both valid admission (i.e., Theme Park Ticket or Annual Pass) and Park Pass Reservations are required to visit a Theme Park, and making advance Park Pass Reservations is highly recommended. You're visiting on the Halloween weekend, making advance reservations even more important!

I also want to mention that there are excellent offers on Theme Park Tickets for UK Guests. I'm not sure if you're just visiting across the pond, or also have a residence there, but if you qualify, I would definitely check them out too!

I hope this information is helpful as you continue planning for your trip next month!
