Hi! I currently have some vacation packages saved but I am concerned about my 2 year old. The packages I have chosen are with the dining plan but it says 3 and older, does that mean that I must pay for her meals? Or do all children under 3 eat free always?

Hi, Priscilla!   Guests under the age of 3 do not require a park ticket, therefore do not qualify for the Dining Plan.   They are welcome to share off of an adult's plate, or you may choose to purchase a child's meal for them.   While prices vary, if you choose to purchase a separate meal for your 2 year old, count on about $8  per meal at table service restaurants and about $5 per meal at quick service locations.   If you plan to dine at a buffet or a family style restaurant, these are "all you can eat" and you will have no problem sharing since the food is unlimited and the selection is great!

I hope your princess enjoys her vacation and dining around Walt Disney World!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
