Hi Jessica,
Thank you for taking the time to stop by
planDisney with your great question! I am sorry that you were not able to use your Theme Park Tickets due to the temporary closure of Disneyland Resort last year, but I have great news for you! You will be able to use your Theme Park Tickets in just a few short weeks when Disneyland Resort officially reopens on April 30, 2021!
When Disney announced the temporary closure of
Disneyland Resort, several Ticket Options had the expiration date automatically extended until December 16, 2021. With that being said, the blockout dates do still apply. I suggest signing into your
Disney Account and check the expiration date on your tickets. You may need to link your tickets again, if they are no longer in your account. If you have any more specific questions regarding your Tickets, give
Ticket Services a call and a Cast Member would be happy to assist in any way they can. Also, if by chance you cannot use your Theme Park Tickets before the extended expiration date, don't worry, guests are able to apply the value of the wholly unused Theme Park Tickets toward a new admission to Disneyland Resort.
Since you already have your Tickets, I highly recommend booking your
Theme Park Reservations as soon as possible once you know when you would like to visit. Capacity is limited due to current state guidelines, so be sure to make your reservations to avoid disappointment since guests are now required to have a valid Theme Park Ticket as well as a Theme Park Reservation for every day you would like to visit.
I hope you have a magical time at Disneyland Resort, Jessica. Please let us know if you have any other questions, we are always happy to help.
~Stephanie
