Currently unable to link park tickets to our trip to enter park reservations. Hotel rooms are there, but not tickets. I did confirm that tickets are included on our package. Thoughts? Can't get through on the phone to speak w/anyone.

    Welcome to planDisney, Becky!

Just the words “Walt Disney World Resort vacation package” make my heart so happy. I’m thrilled to hear you’re planning an epic visit – it’s so special, and so easy, to stay in the magic at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel. Let’s get this party started!

I’m sorry you’re having trouble getting everything linked, and hope I can help. Sounds like you already have your My Disney Experience account set up, which is a great first step. When you say you can see your hotel reservation, are you looking under “Resort Hotel”? If so, I recommend taking a look at “Tickets and Passes” to see if the tickets associated with your vacation package are popping up there. In the My Disney Experience mobile app, you can find that screen by tapping the three horizontal lines in the bottom right, and then tapping “Tickets and Passes.” If you don’t see the tickets there, tap the “+” in the top right of the screen and then “Link Tickets & Passes.” Then, you’ll select “Room With Tickets” and enter your confirmation number and the last name on the reservation. This should have been emailed to you when you made your reservation.

Once you’ve linked your vacation package here, the tickets should pop up, and you can link them to each member of your party’s My Disney Experience account. Then, it’s time to make your Disney Park Pass reservations for each day. To do this, tap the “+” icon in the bottom middle of your app screen and then “Make a Park Reservation.” Follow the steps to make reservations for each member of your party for each day of your visit.

Should you need help finding your confirmation number or the associated tickets, the best number to call is (407) 939-4357. I know it can be frustrating to wait on hold (though I admit I really love the Disney hold music and sing along, especially with the theme from Pirates of the Caribbean), but once you get through, the Cast Member will help make sure you’re all set and ready to go. I had to call last week, and put the call on speakerphone while working on other things until the friendly Cast Member connected and helped me with a quick “bibbidi bobbidi boo!”

I’m sending pixie dust that these steps unlock the magic for you! We’re here to help if you have any further questions as you plan and dream.

    Wishing you a magical vacation,
    Robyn
